Welcome to Riseholme House a newly renovated spacious 3 bedroom detached house offering self catering holiday accommodation, at at Riseholme on the edge of the Historic city of Lincoln, England.

Riseholme House is located just a coupple miles north, east of Lincoln city centre and the historic Catherdral Quater is quick and easy to access by car. With good access to the A46, the Lincolnshire coast or Newark in Nottinghamshire are easy to reach so you can easily explore the countys many attractions.

Riseholme House is very close to the Lincolnshire Show Ground and new EPIC Exhibition Center and makes excellent accommodation for anyone involved with these events.

Riseholme House Accommodation & Rates

Riseholme House provides self catering accommodation for up to 5 people.

Downstairs there is a newly fitted kitchen with views over the garden and a breakfast bar. It has a light and airy dining room with a large bay window and views out to the front of the house and over the field. The living room is cosey with view out to the front and over the field. Downstairs there is also a W/C and pantry.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master double bedroom has a large window overlooking the fields and towards the cathedral. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has views of the cathedral over the fields. The smaller 3rd bedroom has a single bed and views over the old farm yard.

Towels and linen are provided. Reduced rates can be given if you wish to bring your own towels and linen.
Riseholme House has a TV with DVD player and freeview in the lounge.
