Welcome to Lincoln Holiday Homes. Self Catering holiday Accommodation set in rural surroundings on the edge of the Historic city of Lincoln, in Lincolnshire England.
The accommodation
We have three types of Holiday Home all offering spacious self catering accommodation for you to choose from for your stay in Lincoln be it for a short weekend away to a full month all in rural settings. Perfect for families on holiday, relaxing breaks away or business accommodation whilst woking in the area. The barn, the lodge and Riseholme house all have easy access to Lincoln and the A46 so you can soon be into Nottinghamshire to visit Newark or at the great Lincolnshire coast line.
When looking for your ideal holiday cottage accommodation we have a great selection. There is our newly renovated charming old barn dating from the 1800's called Fen Barn. The Orchard Lodge which is a relaxing log cabin with a sauna and spa bath set in the lovely scenic surroundings of the orchard. Or choose Riseholme house which is a 3 bed detached house at Grange Farm with stunning views over the fields to Lincoln Cathedral.

We can accomodate up to approx 20 people accross the 3 holiday cottages and the fen barn and Orchard lodge are both situated at Fen Farm so are ideal to be booked together for larger parties as a they can cater for up to 14 people. As self catering holiday lets you have your own kitchen and living area so you have much more flexablility than a Bed and Breakfast or Hotel.
Exciting events and shows in Lincolnshire
Every year there are lots of exciting events held in Lincolnshire and near by in Nottinghamshire that attract visitors from all over the world.
Coming soon we have the Lincolnshire Show which has lots of fun and exciting things going on. With local foods, crafts, livestock and agricultural exhibits. Our accommodation is great for those coming to visit the show or for those exhibiting at the show.
In December there is the famous Christmas Market held in the historic Cathedral quarter of the city which is a wonderful experience not to be missed and an excellent way to get into the Christmas spirit.
Other agricultural shows that take place near by are The Newark and Nottinghamshire County Show that takes place every May at the Newark Show Ground just a 15minute drive from our accommodation here at Fen Farm. The ever growing LAMMA agricultural machinary trade show which also takes place at the Newark Show ground every year in April and draws visitors from all accross the UK.
And the large Cereals Agricultural Trade Show that takes place in Lincolnshire BiAnnualy.
Throughout the year there are lots of smaller events being held with farmers markets in Lincoln, open days at the counties wonderful old houses and attractions and fun family events in Lincoln Castle and many, many more
